The application of information technology in enterprises is becoming more and more extensive.The relationship between the level of enterprise informatization and the business of enterprises is becoming more and more close.The dependence of information technology on enterprise is becoming more and more important.The application of information technology has become the success of the company.The key,IT service management has been gradually recognized and valued by business managers.Although many companies have recognized that the business needs of IT companies to get strong support,but also in the IT services have also made a lot of investment,but the results have not been improved,in the face of this dilemma,companies more aware of the rational use of And management of IT services is the best way to achieve a high level of enterprise information.ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)is an internationally recognized process-based approach that provides a best practice for IT service management as a practice and is widely considered to be a process-based IT service management.This paper includes:(1)According to the characteristics of GS company's business itself,the process of GS's IT service management is divided into: service configuration management,service change management,service release and deployment management,service desk management,incident management,problem Management,put forward the objectives of each process,combined with the GS company's own characteristics to improve.(2)use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each process key performance indicators,so as to determine the priority of process improvement.(3)Design satisfaction questionnaire,and the questionnaire was analyzed.The results show that:(1)the IT service management process improvement,can make the GS company IT service management has been significantly improved and improved.(2)IT service management process to improve the priority to determine the priorities of the company's IT service management to improve the successful implementation.In this paper,design the GS company's IT service management process.In line with the order to improve,before and after the improvement of the comparison,hoping to face similar problems in the enterprise to help.
