It is a common problem among the local enterprise that the inappropriate IT service, unclear procedure and unstandardized management. Neither enterprise with big size or small has the efficient safety management, accident management, financial management, problem management, configuration management, release management, etc, which brings the uncertainness into the informationization of enterprise and make the effect uncontrollable. With the expanding of business and the further development of informationization. IT system is increasingly complicated, and the businesses rely on the system more and more. Therefore, any in fluctuation in IT system will affect directly on the business.Comparing with traditional industry, internet figures the fast changing information, rapid upgraded technology and keener competition and its extend of rely on network is even deeper. Once there is long time shut down of network, the whole business will be affected heavily. Meanwhile, the development of internet clings to the confidentiality and safety of information and it is the key part of enterprise development. Since any safety accident will lead to the financial loss and affect the direction, IT department must design rigid safety management measures to safeguard the important data.To solve the problems in IT management especially the concerns in safety management, IT department of Tudou wants to optimize the ITIL standard procedure with the integration of actual business model, IT resource making-up and fundamental network platform so as to improve the safety level and IT service quality.ITIL provide an overall standard procedure with a long implementation cycle. In order to optimize the service procedure, IT department analyzes the current IT problems, relates to the ITIL basic procedure and knows the procedure that must be improved, then alternate the procedure by steps. Firstly, optimize the fundamental procedure configuration management and service level management procedure, then network safety and user daily application, the last is to analyze how to improve competence management and financial management of IT department.For a better implementation of ITIL, apart from a tailor-made procedure, an enforced enterprise culture, adjustment of organization structure and appropriate tools must be in place, thus the ITIL will show its effect fully and bring more improvement on ITIL management.
