With the advance of information technology,IT operation and maintenance work in the development of enterprises play an increasingly important role.The traditional IT operation and maintenance methods are inefficient and costly,and the passive defects seriously affect the business operation of the enterprises.To the Internet business as the representative.The introduction of ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)technology framework,IT operation and maintenance work into IT service management,to enhance the enterprise information under the conditions of IT operation and maintenance services management capabilities,and achieved good results.At present,the IT service management system which is suitable for the enterprise characteristics has become the research hotspot in the field of IT operation and maintenance.ITIL-based IT service management model proved that it can significantly reduce the operating costs and potential threats,but also has a very good user experience and satisfaction.In this paper,based on the background of the IT operation and maintenance of a certain enterprise,we have studied and implemented a IT service management system based on ITIL,which is suitable for the operation and management of the enterprise.The main contents are as follows: 1.According to ITIL,the system architecture,functional modules and processes,system integration are designed in detail.2,the process management as the center,the design and implementation of the event management,demand and problem management,management of the two votes and other functional modules,and the various modules of the process,class design and database are described in detail.In the concrete realization of the function,it provides a variety of ways for the service management.And standardize the process of continuous improvement,and ultimately the formation of the actual work needs of the service management process.3,this paper proposes a new algorithm of data deduplication,which is combined with the depth of the system application.4,through the standard data interface and message communication,to achieve the docking and integration with other business systems.The system function is in the Linux operating system,using JAVA language and MySql database to achieve.After the system simulation test before and after the on-line trial operation stage a comprehensive test,finally complete the system optimization and improvement of process,the final test results show that each function module has reasonable design,smooth operation.Through the operation of the system,the system can meet the characteristics of enterprise IT services,the IT service management capabilities and operational efficiency have been improved,reaching the desired goal.ITIL based IT service management system research and implementation,in the next period of time,will also continue to explore and improve the hot topic.
