In recent years,the rapid development of Information Technology(IT)has had a profound impact on the management of enterprises.If enterprises want to seize the lead in the white-hot market competition,they must better integrate IT Technology into the management of enterprises,so that IT can provide a strong driving force for the development of enterprises.With the deepening of the information technology construction of G Bank,the IT system is getting bigger and bigger,and the IT architecture is getting more and more complex,which puts forward higher requirements for its IT operation and maintenance management level.It is urgent to establish a set of effective IT service management process and build a powerful IT service management platform.This paper starts from the problems encountered by the traditional IT management in the development process of G Bank,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing platform optimization based on ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)by using analysis methods such as SWOT.Combining PDCA quality control principles of G bank IT service management platform to optimize the project scheme design and project implementation,by building the reception desk,events,release and change process of optimization,makes the G bank IT service in key system availability,service response rate and to improve the service satisfaction,etc are larger,It has improved the overall IT service management level of G Bank and reached the expected goal of the project.Through the research of this paper,the passive and inefficient IT service mode of G Bank,which emphasizes technology over service,has been changed to a large extent,and the positive significance of the project has been proved by comparing the data of key indicators before and after the project was optimized.At the same time,IT is also hoped that this paper can provide a good reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the IT service management level.
