In view of how to solve the problems in IT management in Colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the ideas of designing the IT service management platform based on ITIL service management, and provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the University's information management and school work. The main work is as follows:First of all, on the basis of investigation and analysis of IT related knowledge, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation and needs of IT management in school, introduces the definition, scope and core concept of IT service management, and points out the problems existing in IT service management. Third, according to the IT service management process, including service platform design, time management module, process design and configuration management process design and configuration management of ITIL. At last, the implementation scheme of IT service management platform is proposed, which is the information management department of the school, including the staff of the school network department and IT service provider, and the operation of the school's department. The main management services include service management, internal application system management, desktop management, security management, service management, network management, computer room management and process management.This thesis is to find a way that is worth using for reference of IT service management in Colleges and universities in our country, and also can provide some valuable references for the development of ITIL in IT service management.
