ITIL is short for Information Technology Infrastucture Library.ITIL provides an objective, rigorous, quantitative standards and norms for the IT service management practice.Corporate IT departments and end users can define different service levels required by their own according to their abilities and needs, ITIL reference to the planning and development of its IT infrastructure and service management, ensuring IT service management system can provide more for the business operations of enterprises good support.With the rapid development of a business, the increasingly high level of information, equipment and business systems management, IT operation and maintenance department to increase year by year, increasing system complexity, and limited growth in IT operation and maintenance personnel, equipment and frequent occurrence of the event system to allow staff pressure doubled. How to manage a multitude of things, an increasingly large complex information systems, management of IT operations department proposed increasing demands.In this paper, ITIL international advanced concepts and experience as a guide, the daily work of operation and maintenance of a company’s IT department to conduct a detailed combing, and the conduct process, standardization, and ultimately through electronic floor to IT service management system operation and maintenance guide operation and maintenance department daily operation and maintenance work,In the operation and maintenance of the IT service management system, the main achievement of the following aspects of process management features:perfect event management and problem management; sound change management process; configuration management process; asset management; knowledge management; document management; report management. In order to better adapt to a corporate user and user-friendly work habits, and a company also designed the original OA system docking. After completion of the functional modules developed for functional testing and performance testing, test results meet the project needs to achieve the desired effect.
