Research On The Application Of Lean Manufacturing In Nonvolatile Memory Production Line

As an important field in the future development of semiconductor industry,Nonvolatile memory is an innovation and breakthrough for semiconductor storage products.In order to enhance the company's overall competitiveness,a non-volatile storage production line was set up.As a large multinational company,a semiconductor has also studied non-volatile memory earlier.And a nonvolatile memory production line has been set up.After some operation,it has been able to batch produce qualified nonvolatile memory products.However,in the process of operation and development,the management of nonvolatile storage production lines is gradually emerging.In order to improve the field management level of the production line of semiconductor enterprises,based on the comprehensive exposition of the concepts and theories of lean production,this paper takes the nonvolatile storage production line of a semiconductor as an example to study the application management of lean production.First,the non-volatile storage production line of a semiconductor company is introduced and the production scale and process characteristics are clarified.For the management aspect,the organization structure,production mode and field management of non-volatile storage production line are analyzed.Then problems existing in the non-volatile storage production line management of a semiconductor company are summarized including production process continuity unstable,high product delivery delay rate,field management and disorderly and quality problems.All problems show that serious field management problems exist in the initial operation of a semiconductor non-volatile memory production line.Secondly,for the current nonvolatile storage production line management problem,from the lean production side,the lean production line of the nonvolatile storage production line is proposed.Based on the idea and principle of the scheme design,the process and function of the implementation of 6S in the nonvolatile storage production line are analyzed with 6S theory,and the core thought of lean production application is analyzed,and the elimination of all kinds of waste problems is emphatically studied.For equipment failure and product quality problems,combined with TPM management and TQM management ideas to solve.Finally,the implementation guarantee measures of lean production line in the future non-volatile storage production line are studied,including strengthening the connection with market demand,strengthening the training of lean knowledge of employees,improving the organization structure of production line and improving the motivation of staff.
