Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of economic globalization and informatization,the technological level of the manufacturing industry has reached a saturated state that presents technological level of the same industry is no difference.Improving production efficiency and product quality is one of the decisive factors to ensure corporate profitability and achieve sustainable development.Foresee company is a manufacturer to provide electronic consumer goods.In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile phone business,the company’s production scale has continued to expand,and it has become a large local manufacturing company.In terms of quality management,Foresee has passed ISO9001,IATF16949,ISO13485 quality system certification.However,with the continuous expansion and the higher quality requirements,the operation management problems are becoming increasingly prominent,mainly reflected on the low production efficiency and low quality level,and there is a vicious circle where cost pressures are extreme in company.Based on background above,this paper takes Foresee company as a research object to study and improve melting mark in MIM process,which extends the problem of MIM process quality management and come up some corresponding solutions.The main items which need to improve are quality and efficiency,and the relevant theories include lean production theory,6σ management theory and Lean 6σ theory.With lean 6σ as the core theory,find out the root cause of quality issues and the quality management problems,providing actions to solve.Flowing the five steps of DMAIC procedure and combining the lean 6σ technology tools such as cause & effect diagram,Pareto diagram and MSA to show practical problems.Using C&E matrix,Hypothesis test,ANOVA,Correlation analysis,Regression analysis and Lean analysis to find out the root cause.Improving the problem through DOE and Error-proofing.In the follow-up management,5S management and Standardized operation are carried out in order to be preventive production.Monitoring process data visually by SPC implementing Kanban management.According to the effective improvement to quality and efficiency,summarize and share the experience,and implement the lean 6σ concept in all MIM processes internally,which can not only improve the quality level and production efficiency of MIM products,but also improve the skills and accomplishment of employees.Besides,establish a lean quality management system,restructure the construction of quality culture,improve and optimize the internal process to ensure the improvement results of MIM production efficiency and quality level,and achieve sustainable development.
