Research On Production Process Optimization Of P Company Based On Lean Production

With the continuous acceleration of the modernization process,the low-cost advantages and demographic dividends of China's manufacturing industry are progressively subsided.Enterprises is facing increasingly fierce market competition.At the same time,the quality requirements of the products of the market and customers are getting higher and higher,and the characteristics of diversification and individualization are gradually emerging.As an advanced management theory and method to improve enterprise efficiency,reduce production cost and reduce resource waste.Lean production has been promoted and applied to more and more enterprises,and has become a comprehensive competition for manufacturing enterprises.An effective means of force.This paper adopts rigid products of P company in the liquid crystal display industry as the research object.On the basis of on-site investigation and data collation,it analyzes the problems existing in the production process of P company,and uses rapid change line,production line balance,ECRS,5W1 H,joint operation analysis,etc.Lean production and work research tools,optimization of P company's long line change operations and imbalanced production lines.Specific recommendations are proposed from the aspects of 5S management.Kanban management and standardization management to ensure the effective implementation of improvement activities.And evaluate,analyze and summarize the effects of lean production implementation.In terms of productivity improvement and production efficiency improvement,we have achieved relatively good results,increased company's product operation level,enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises,and achieved the benign development of P Company.This paper has positive guiding significance for the production improvement activities of the LCD screen industry,and has certain reference value for the specific application of lean production ideas in domestic enterprises.
