Project Manage Research Base On CMMI Of GD Development Bank

The project management is with a view of each phases of software project development according to software engineering standard. The general flow of software development includes project research, project set up, requirements analysis, system design, program design and coding, system integrate/testing and system acceptance tests etc. We research to operate and manage according to CMMI standards in each phase in this paper.Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a reputable software project management matrix in this industrial. The applications of CMMI in each industrial software system project not only provide the guarantee of project management implement, but also upgrade the management level of the enterprise. The management module based on CMMI in this paper takes an important role to upgrade the project management ability in the writer's bank.Based on the discussing of software project management and software project management CMMI theoretic research and evolution, according to the current problem of GD Development Bank project management, writer designed a set of software project management model based on CMMI. This model is separated into six segments according to the concept of software engineering, lifecycle of project management and the project management flow chat of GD Development Bank. They are project research, project establish, project schedule, project design, project acceptance test and project evaluation. To the six segments of this model, the writer defined the main process of each segment, key activities to each process and also defined the forcibly standard and executable documents for each activity according to the CMMI standard. The writer also defined the forcibly standard and executable document according to the four element of project management: time, quality, cost and risk. In the last chapter of this paper, the writer uses his project management model to GD Development Bank representative software system project for verify and evaluate this project management model from time, quality, cost and risk. The conclusion approved the project management model based on CMMI and designed to GD Development Bank is scientific and rational. It upgrades the software project management of GD Development Bank.In conclusion, in this paper based on the summarization of bank software project management practice experiences, combined with software engineering, project management and CMMI basic idea, based on software engineering, use project management as the longitude, use CMMI as the criterion, I design a set of project management model based on CMMI to GD Development Bank software project management and applying it to the real software project management. This will be helpful to improve the management quality of GD Development Bank software project management; control the project management costs; reduce the risk of project management; enhance the bank software project management level and provide the guarantee for GD Development Bank to get the high quality software products.
