Research On Outsourcing Management Of Software Project In Y State Owned Enterprise

With the advent of the "Internet plus" era and the continuous promotion of information technology,traditional enterprises will have more transformation and upgrading in order to gain more economic benefits in the digital industry market.Low cost and high efficiency software outsourcing service has been paid more attention and used,but its own project risk has always been an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Therefore,it is necessary to study the management mode of software outsourcing project.From the perspective of the employer,this paper analyzes an outsourcing project of Y company from the perspective of the whole to the part and level by level,mainly from three aspects of project team,project demand and project schedule.Project team harmony is the premise of project success.Improper matching of management personnel,backward management thinking and improper use of outsourcing personnel will lead to conflicts and lack of enthusiasm of project personnel.In this regard,it puts forward the mechanism of establishing communication trust,ability trust and goodwill trust,improves the personnel performance appraisal scheme with rewards and punishments,which can improve the work attitude of project personnel,and formulates a comprehensive and effective conflict handling scheme.Demand management is the key part of project management.According to the relevant theories,the company's original demand management scheme is improved from the aspects of demand collection,demand review,demand change and demand change tracking.In order to advance the project according to the plan,the two-stage work breakdown model and the improvement scheme of power and responsibility allocation are developed to ensure the stability of the project schedule.This paper focuses on application research,in the process of research,combined with the company's internal information and theoretical knowledge,self-made a large number of charts.In order to reflect the operability of the management scheme,Zen project management tools and Gantt chart are introduced.Through the in-depth study of the target case,the purpose of reducing project risk,improving project stability and ensuring project success has been achieved.The management plan not only emphasizes the importance of interpersonal relationship in the project,but also uses PMBOK and agile theory to optimize the demand and schedule,which provides a certain basis and reference for outsourcing management.
