Influenced by the wave of information management,China's human resources management model has gradually changed from the past handicraft business management model to the information management model.Human resources data has the characteristics of large amount of data and complex content.How to make these data more valuable has become the only way for the development of enterprises.The structure of management data and statistical data is quite different,so the system is divided into management database and statistical database,two libraries before using ETL technology for data transmission.Through the investigation of the personnel department of this unit,we found that the work of the personnel department of this unit still stays in the traditional thesis management mode,and the data are stored in the EXCEL file created by the personal computer itself.Moreover,a large number of personnel data have not been extracted more valuable statistical data.Aiming at these situations,this thesis designs and implements the human resources management system of Dalian Scientific Test and Control Technology Institute based on ETL(Extract-Transform-Load).Different from the conventional human resources management system,this thesis aims at the structural difference between the management data and statistical data.The system database is divided into the management database and the statistical database.ETL technology is used to transfer data between the two databases.This system is a typical information management system,which realizes the functions of personnel information management,personnel information query,statistics and so on.The system adopts B/S structure,which consists of three layers of distributed structure: client,Web server and database server.The architecture design of the whole project follows the MVC pattern,using EXT.JS + JAVA technology and Oracle10 g database.ETL is implemented using the function+procedure+job of the Oracle database.The system has been well received in our unit.Personnel office staff through the management side to simplify and standardize the day-to-day operation of institutions,reducing the labor intensity of staff,reduce the unit of financial consumption.Through the statistical end,the unit leader can intuitively understand the personnel related data at any time,and provide a strong data support for the leadership's decision-making.
