With the increasing popularity of information management,information management systems have become an indispensable tool for enterprise competition and development.However,the human resource management system in modern enterprises faces many problems,such as large amount of data entered manually,inconsistent data format confusion,and inability to effectively manage and analyze massive amounts of data.In order to optimize the resource management process,reduce the workload of the business,and improve the efficiency of the work,the function of the human resource management system can be realized by introducing the machine learning method,which can reduce the workload of the business,thereby improving the efficiency of the work and the performance of the system.By applying machine learning technology to the human resource management system,two models of salary prediction model and departure prediction model were designed and implemented.The salary forecast belongs to the regression forecast.It predicts the salary of the applicant by using the content information of the resume.The model is based on the three-layer BP neural network.The small batch gradient descent method is used as the convergence direction search algorithm,and the combination is utilized.The hybrid algorithm Nadm of the additional momentum method and the adaptive learning rate method optimizes the model,accelerates the convergence speed of the model training and improves the accuracy of the prediction results.The accuracy of the final prediction model can reach 77.3%;The prediction belongs to classification prediction.The model is based on Logistic regression.The cross entropy function is used as the objective function.The Newton iteration method and regularization are used to optimize the model,which accelerates the convergence speed of the model training and finally predicts the correct rate of the model.Can reach 73%.By designing a series of experiments,the two prediction models are compared with other related machine learning algorithms,and the effectiveness of the two prediction models is verified.At the same time,the accuracy of the two prediction models is compared in the test.High,indicating that they have certain practical application reference value,and further demonstrate that the application of machine learning in human resource management system has considerable development potential.
