This paper introduces our research background, our system requirements, as well as the background of the leading technologies adopted in the research. We also make a detailed explanation on the enterprise's application environment of three-model structure of human resource management and forecast analysis system, the design of each module and the method of realization. We account for the meanings of human resource forecast, the content, the method and the detailed process and so on. In the paper, we expound the construction of the system, the division of modules and the realization of each module, as well as the design of database.
