In order to develop the real economy and ensure the sustainable development of economy,China has been promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in recent years.Under this background,the technology of industrial Internet of Things(IoT),as an important role in reducing product cost,reducing resource consumption and improving manufacturing efficiency,is continuously applied to all aspects of industrial production.However,in most cases,enterprises will build industrial IoT on existing industrial monitoring networks,how to realize the compatibility between the network nodes that used in the industrial Internet of Things and the original equipment communication interfaces is one of the problems to be solved in the promotion of the industrial Internet of Things.Therefore,a 470 MHz wireless communication node,which can be compatible with common analogue,digital and RS-485 signals of industrial field devices is developed in this subject,and it has been applied to Chongqing iron and steel group.The main works of this article are as follows:(1).The requirement analysis and program design: through the investigation and analysis on the networking development of Internet of Things at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the project,the functional requirements of the wireless monitoring network and wireless communication nodes are proposed,and the detailed design scheme of the overall network architecture,various sub-networks,and nodes is given.(2).Hardware design: according to the idea of modular design,the schematic and PCB design of the wireless communication node are introduced from four aspects: wireless RF module,analog input signal processing module,digital input signal processing module,and RS-485 type signal processing module.And the design principles of the various parts of the hardware circuit are introduced in detail.(3).Software design: the software programs mainly completes the design of main driver,RF driver and analog / digital /RS-485 signal output type monitoring device driver.(4).Test and verification: according to the relevant test standards and test specifications,the radio communication node is tested for radio frequency performance,communication performance and power consumption.Finally,the node is applied in the industrial field for verification.Conformance test results show that the RF module conformance test results meet the test conditions specified in the test standards The communication performance test results show that under a condition of 15 dBm of transmission power and packet loss rate of less than 1%,the communication distance is 760 meters,and the effective number of wall penetrations is 3,which can meet the actual needs of the project;the power consumption test results show that the power consumption current is 42.18 mA in the node's normal operating mode and 16.4 uA in the sleep mode,which are all lower than the nominal values given in the official data sheet;finally,the development of the node equipment has been stable operate for 90 days in the verification plant.To sum up,the wireless communication node designed in this paper achieves the expected design goal,the application verification is carried out on the industrial production site,which provides a certain reference value for solving the interface compatibility problems that encountered in the upgrade of the industrial monitoring network.
