The Key Technology Of Zigbee Wireless Sensor Network Node

In this paper, taking the ZigBee Wireless Sensor Network as the research subject, focuses on the research of the major key technology based on the characteristics of gateway node and monitor node.First of all,this paper designs a microstrip antenna which can work in the2.4GHz.According to the design method of node antenna, this paper puts forward printer dipole antenna design of WSN node working in the2.4GHz and makes printer dipole antenna minimize.With the help of ADS2009electromagnetism simulation software, the simulation results and an analysis have been given before and after design of antenna miniaturization.The simulation results show that the effective area of antenna is reduced by39%, and the WSN node size becomes much smaller.Secondly,study of the signal integrity of gateway node PCB. Analysis the formation mechanism of reflection and crosstalk according to the theory and characteristics of transmission line. Simulate the reflection and crosstalk of before routing PCB. Put forward the improvement measures and formulate the relevant rules of PCB design. Verify the after routing PCB. The simulation result shows that the reflection and crosstalk of PCB which drawing according to the design rules formulated in before routing simulation is verry small.Thirdly, study of the electromagnetic compatibility of gateway nodes’s PCB. Analysis the electromagnetic interference of PCB based on the basic fundamental theory of electromagnetic compatibility. Simulate and predict the electromagnetic compatibility of before routing PCB and verify the electromagnetic compatibility of after routing PCB. The simulation results show that the PCB meets the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility in the case of drawing according to the simulation results.Finally, According to the working principle of gateway node and monitor node,this paper puts forward the overall design plan and the hardware structure of gateway node and monitor node.Respectively design of each function module of the monitoring nodes and gateway nodes. Design of the corresponding interface driver of gateway node and monitor node and debug the hardware of nodes. In the end, introduce the PCB fabrication.In summary, the key technology research about the wireless sensor network node shows that the above work has certain application value and reference significance.
