In the background of wireless sensor networks, this thesis mainly focuses on the study of wireless granary monitoring node device, and completes the design of wireless sensor nodes and wireless gateway nodes on the wireless single-chip CC2430 and the ARM microprocessor S3C2440 hardware platform.In the beginning, it analyzes the problems of the existing granary monitoring system. According to the principle and the development trend of wireless granary monitoring system, it puts forward the CC2430+ARM design framework, and uses ZigBee and CDMA wireless communication in sensor nodes and gateway nodes.Then, the sensor node is designed overall according to the principle of wireless sensor networks. On the hardware side, the main chip is CC2430. The antenna uses a specialized Balun matching chip, which simplifies the design. The sensors use SHT15 temperature and humidity sensor and NAP-21A carbon dioxide sensor through the sensor selection analysis. The sensor signal conditioning circuit is analyzed by Pspice software. And the simulation results show the feasibility of the signal amplification circuit. On the software side, it completes the program design and debugging of data collection and sending.Finally, the gateway node is divided into several functional blocks. Then design and simulate each functional module. On the hardware side, the mastering chip is S3C2440, and the wireless module CC2430 and CDMA module MC323 are used in the wireless communication of the system. The design mainly completes the schematic circuit design and PCB fabrication. On the software side, it implements ARM transplantation ofμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system and programming and debugging of data receiver and transmiting module driver. The debug results show that the gateway design is feasible.To sum up, using the CC2430+ARM hardware platform in the wireless granary monitoring system, and introducing ZigBee and CDMA wireless communication technologies in the node design is feasible. It provides a certain reference value to further improve the performance of the granary monitoring system.
