In recent years, technology in the field of industrial control has developed rapidly, and companies all over the world spend a lot of human resources and material resources in industrial monitoring. Our country also has done much researches in industrial monitoring.. Compared with word level, more efforts need to be made especially in monitoring technology and interface design. For now, the applying of wireless sensor technology in the field of industrial equipment monitoring has made a great breakthrough. But the interface designing is still in the stage of long updating cycle in using traditional instrument, expensive price, single function and poor connectivity, which hinders the development of industrial modernization. So, how to cope with these problems and show the equipment information effectively as well as directly on the interface, and providing a kind of the instruments which is easily operational and good for industrial monitoring system, have become a hot topic in research.Today, LabVIEW designed by American company NI has attracted many expecters’ attention, which is graphical virtual instrument and embraces many advantages, including strong function, high flexibility, strong practicability and so on. In this thesis, the interface of the industrial equipment monitoring system is deigned by LabVIEW. Firstly, a whole scheme for the industrial equipment monitoring system is put forward, which is under the present situation of our country’s industrial equipment monitoring system. Secondly, connected with the wireless sensor technology, the hardware part in the data collection module is made up, including collection nodes and the sink nodes. In addition, According to TDMA technology, the wireless communication protocol for communicating between the collection nodes and the sink nodes is written, based on MAC protocol and the star network topology structure,and then the HTTP protocol following the Ethernet protocol to transmit the data through the Ethernet is devised. Moreover, according to LabVIEW is used to design the interface for the industrial equipment monitoring system.Finally, the industrial equipment monitoring system can be realized, and then the test of data transmitting is made successfully, which proves the system interface fulfills well. The outcome indicated that, it is reliable for the network data transmitting, and meets the requirements of the design. The thesis promotes a effectively viable scheme for the interface studying of the industrial equipment monitoring system, which has the economic evaluation and practical evaluation.
