With internet the local computer can monitor and control the long-distance terminal and take on the function of monitoring the status of the dispersed devices and diagnosing them. Meantime, with wireless communication the moveable monitoring devices can be used easier.Firstly,by the analysis of the real-time request in the industrial monitoring system, summing up the shortages of traditional TCP/IP in real-time, the paper researches of the TCP/IP protocol in these aspects: establishing the data buffer pool and adopting the mode of"apply-use-return", which reduces the time of applying and freeing the buffer; spliting the data packet in the application layer, which reduces the CPU work time;optimizing the TCP buffer which improves the TCP/IP in transferring data.Based on the test result, the method the paper discussed above raised the speed of delivering the TCP/IP data and satisfys the real-time request in the industrial monitoring system. The paper realizes the WLAN on the embedded platform. The main work is: transplanting the USB protocol on the PXA270 platform, compiling the Mikefile, compiling the new driver, loading the card driver dynamicly on the embedded platform. Meanwhile, the paper solved the URB request waiting problem in the OHCI driver and deadlock problem in the hub.c, and finally made application and .the Wireless Network Card work normally.Based on the forward work, the method the paper discussed raised the speed of delivering the data and satisfys the real-time request in the industy. Meantime, the industrial monitoring system realized to connect to Internet by WLAN and made the monitoring device more usable.
