| Traditional industrial monitoring systems typically use Field bus, IndustrialEthernet or other wired network technology for data transmission. It hasinsurmountable limitations in complex industrial environments. It makes datatransmission by wire, that will inevitably bring planning wiring, line detection andother works. And these often lead to waste interface, complex maintenance, expansiondifficulties. In addition, traditional monitoring system usually limited to the localreal-time monitoring in production workshop or control room. Senior managementcan not master production anywhere and anytime.In response to the disadvantages of the traditional industrial monitoring andcontrol system, the paper introduces advanced RF communication technology andSocket network communication technology to build an industrial process monitoringsystem based on wireless sensor networks and telecommunications. This paperresearch wireless sensor networks and remote monitoring in the industrial monitoringand control system. The system we designed mainly consists of RF wireless network,t terminal control units, the central control unit and the remote client. The systemrealizes the terminal automatically control the production process, the local real-timemonitoring,remote monitoring and other functions. this paper has completed thefollowing work:1.From the functional requirements of the actual project, this paper presentedsolutions for industrial process monitoring system based on the RF communicationfor wireless sensor networks and remote communication from the overall systemstructure, working methods, data communication, etc.2.This paper completed the design of hardware and software of the terminalcontrol unit. The system realizes the automatic control of the production process ofterminal, including automatically control of the flow of raw materials and product,and automatically adjust the water temperature of cooling system.3.This paper researched wireless communication protocol of system, confirmedthe wireless sensor network topology, developed a data frame structure of the system,used TDMA technology to suppress co-channel interference, achieved effective andreliable wireless data transmission by star networking.4.This paper researched network communication technology and remote communication protocol, identified remote real-time monitoring system architecturebased on Socket communication technology, applicated Winsock control to establishthe communication connection of server and remote client for achieving remote datatransmission.5.This paper completed the design of software program for the central unit,realized the real-time monitoring of the terminal apparatus in the local, and connectedfactory internal network to the Internet for remote access, designed remote client withnetwork communication, remote monitoring, remote control and other functions.6.This paper conducted a comprehensive test of the system functions byprecision instruments and third-party software. The test included functional testing,accuracy testing and reliability testing. The results showed that the communicationprotocol was efficient and reliable, the system had good stability. And we completedof the installation of the system software and hardware, debugged the system inindustrial production environment. Debugging results showed that the overallperformance of the system had achieved the desired requirements. |
