With the intensification of competition in the business environment,the structure of most enterprises has gradually changed into a matrix structure coexistence of functions and projects.Ricoh found in transition matrix type organizational structure in the process,the traditional performance evaluation system has been unable to meet the changing expectations of performance,especially in the cross sector project performance appraisal,overall performance appraisal takes too long,and the human resources department of the lack of specific data to analyze the defects of process design,and in put forward coping strategies,also requires a long period to verify the strategy.In order to solve these problems,according to the actual needs of the Ricoh Co,the combination of domestic and foreign performance management experience,starting from the two aspects of performance management and performance management process,construct a target management,including performance evaluation and performance feedback performance management model,and builds a process set,including the implementation process to process management process optimization model.Then based on business process management platform,this paper implements a set of applicable to Ricoh performance management system,assist Ricoh completed the comprehensive score of the performance appraisal of the variety of performance appraisal dimension calculation.In addition,the system has the following advantages over traditional human resource software.1)Users can browse the activity state of each process that they participate in,and facilitate users to know the process of their own assessment process,and according to the guidance of the system,know who they need to find for the next audit.2)By giving the specific time data of each node in the process,we assist the human resources department to analyze the efficiency of each node and the management problems existing in the current process.3)Depending on the process designer of the BPM platform,the programming under the condition of using the route adjustment function of the designer to modify the script,and a small amount,quickly adjust the assessment process,reduces the maintenance cost of iterative development system for enterprises,faster and more efficient adjustment of the performance management process.After the newly designed performance management system passed the test,it was launched at the beginning of 2017.In the next April,the two departments of the Ministry of human resources and IT Department participated in a mid-term performance appraisal,and got the expected results.Compared to the system inputting of paper documents,after the examination of Ricoh under the original line mode,from assessment to all employees to reduce the average time of completion of the examination.The human resources department in the examination also found that several nodes lead to obstruction of the process,and put forward the optimization scheme of related process tailoring or system for these nodes,completed the first iteration of the system within 1 month,and on the whole is verified by the business process management system in the field of performance management.
