With the development of computer technology,the computer as a product of new era,has been applied in various industries and fields.Along with the deepening of enterprise reform and market economy are booming,leading to the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,forcing companies to adopt advanced computer hardware equipment and high quality software to manage enterprise,to improve the labor productivity of enterprises and personnel efficiency.Modern new human resource management system has not only confined to the basis for enterprise personnel information maintenance,it should also show the growth course of an employee within the enterprise,including staff at each stage of completion and performance evaluation assessment,training for staff career development planning,etc.The main direction of a foreign company is to promote DevOps and mixed IT management software products to governments,Banks and large and medium-sized enterprises,and to provide software services for the company's products.Due to the increasing demand of enterprise business,to remove the company administrative personnel and technical personnel,more than two-thirds of the staff are all within the enterprise product sales personnel,due to such employees of the nature of the work need to travel around the world,its long and personnel fluidity big,while the existing human management system only contains a simple employee information maintenance and management functions,department heads it hard for department internal staff during his tenure task assignment,task,regulation and performance assessment,thus for remote or scattered around the branch,will face can be collected in a short period of time to deal with your employee information or working process of the embarrassing situation.Moreover,when the company's new product is released,it is necessary to train various employees to enrich their professional skills.In order to solve the problem of this reality,the project will design and develop a certain foreign enterprise staff human resources management system,the role of the management system on the basis of using different,mainly divided into four modules: ordinary staff module,department manager module,HR using module and administrator module.In order to meet the needs of different employee roles in their working process,the work process is more digitalized,and the work efficiency is improved in the same effective time.Due to the system based on WEB applications,staff will through a user name and password directly interact with the system operation,and can be from any location to access the system,and extend the system at any time,as long as the network connection.Maintain the employee information in the database and set the access rights of the database.The project aims to human resource management system for a foreign enterprise employees reasonable system layout and design of a foreign enterprise staff human resources management system design and implementation front end will use HTML,JavaScript,CSS,JSON,using PHP and My SQL database backend implementation of the system.
