In the constantly changing and developing of social economy,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMSE)play an active and strategic role,and can not be replaced by other enterprises.But in our country,the life and the short life of the SMSE,the average life expectancy is only about 1/3 of the average life expectancy of SMSE in developed countries.The main factor which causes the short life of our country's SMSE is the brain drain problem,the brain drain has already seriously hindered the development of the SMSE in our country.Through the practice has proved that only continue to attract outstanding personnel,retain talent,in order to promote the continued development of SMSE,in order to maintain the competitiveness of SMSE,in order to allow SMSE come to the fore in Xipam.Only a scientific and reasonable solution to the salary of employees,to retain people,in order to maintain the competitive advantage of SMSE.We can find the traditional enterprise management of the salary only use simple office software for simple data processing,such operations management not only office efficiency is very low,and often appear artificial data processing error and reduce the accuracy of the staff salary management,some even ignore the important role of performance appraisal in the management of staff salary.At this stage if you can provide for the enterprise managers a can be employees of all types of personnel information,attendance,performance evaluation and other management information collection and high efficiency,comprehensive,accurate complete daily staff salary management issues,will continue to promote and improve employee job enthusiasm,quality of work,thus contributing to the employees to continuously improve personal business level and their own qualities,and promote the development of the enterprise.This paper on staff salary management of SMSE actual management situation,meet all kinds of problems and main demand research,using J2EE technology,MySQL database design and the development of the SMSE staff salary management system,to achieve the function,specific work is as follows:(1)the business,function requirement analysis and use case analysis of the salary management system of SMSE.From two aspects of the business needs and functional requirements,to SMSE staff salary management system were overall demand analysis,and carries on the analysis to each business module;has carried on the analysis explanation of every important module of the whole system classification and mutual interaction;according to the general characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,select key performance indicators(KPI)as the system of performance appraisal methods.Using use case diagram,sequence diagram,flow chart of the system were analysis framework.(2)the design and implementation of the salary management system for SMSE.Using the method of key performance indicators(KPI)on the module of the performance evaluation of the system for specific analysis,calculation;using the J2EE technology,MySQL database and Hibernate technology of the system were detailed design,including system architecture,function module design,database design,focusing on performance appraisal model of were design index and the weighted coefficient calculation,the realization of the distribution system permissions,employee information management,attendance management,and performance appraisal business functions.(3)through the SMSE staff salary management system in the actual production and operation of the test,the use of the system to achieve the expected function,to achieve the desired objectives.By the practical test,SMSE staff salary management system realized the standardized management of staff salaries to the SMSE,on the one hand,for the enterprise provides a convenient and effective management style,on the other hand,in a fair and maintain the rights of employees,and achieved certain results.For example,used in the production and operation of Jiaxing Haoyuan Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd.,on the performance appraisal and salary work implementation of the effective control,inspire the enthusiasm of the staff,to enhance the attractiveness of enterprises for talents,not only the enterprise performance and salary management level has been greatly improved,more to provide good support for the rest of the enterprise management.
