In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s Internet and informatio-n technology, all walks of life will continue to deepen the degree of informatio-n. Education industry as the focus of China’s reform and development of the indust-ry, under the background of information, facing the challenges of the change of t-he concept and mode of management. Especially in the higher education, after t-he enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the reform of the education system, the school scale is more and more big, the difficulty of the information m-anagement is also higher and higher. The reform of personnel distribution syste-m in colleges and universities as an important part of higher education reform, bei-ng of great significance in motivating staff to give full play to their enthusiasm and initiative, improving the quality of teaching and improving the level of scien-tific research.Aiming at the existing problems of salary management of colleges and univer-sities, through field research, being based on the original demand, we carry on the demand analysis of the system and business process reengineering, then put forwa-rd the new demand, design according to the object-oriented software engineering method. The salary management system of performance incentives in colleges and universities is divided into basic information management,daily attendance manage-ment,appraisal performance management, performance salary management, suggestion feedback management, statistic analysis management,system management such as th-e seven function modules.Through the salary management system of performance i-ncentives in colleges and universities to make performance pay management stand-ardized and scientific, to ensure the fairness of pay for performance managemen t, improve management efficiency.
