With the fierce market competition and the reform of public institutions to increase,leading to some institutions feel more and more pressure,and the reform of the structure of personnel changes,not only can improve the enthusiasm of employees,but also improve the efficiency of management units.According to the current situation of compensation management in China,this paper analyzes the present situation of the domestic and foreign research,and puts forward the problems and problems to be solved in the development of the salary management system.The system uses the B/S model design,the pay system as the basis,the client and server through the application of the server,the operation and maintenance system and security system for the protection,the establishment of the IT infrastructure layer,and the use of Java5,Tomcat5.5,Spring,IDE,Putty,Plink and other tools to achieve the development of compensation management system.The function of the system mainly includes four modules,which are user management module,payroll management module,performance management module,system setting module.System using MYSQL as the database,in the Explorer Internet browser,can provide a good support for image processing,testing system and performance testing tool WinRunner,including test case management,defect records,defect distribution,defects and defect tracking and other functions,to ensure the timely delivery of the entire process,to avoid the loss of defects caused by unnecessary loss,to a large extent to protect the stability and efficiency of the compensation management system.After the system on line,the operation is good,and the efficiency of the performance management and salary management is improved.According to the design of the China National Institute of Standerdization's salary management system and the salary management system,not only can effectively improve the performance of the successful management of the status quo can also realize the incentive to employees,in order to attract and retain talent,shaping the successful culture.At the same time,it also has some reference and practical value for the other transformation of the work unit and the small and medium enterprises pay management information work.
