With the domestic enterprise information construction deepen, more and morecompanies began to integrate theirs information data of the enterprise. Through theintegration they want to share the company’s information and enhance the managementlevel. As highly integrated management software, ERP system maintenance cost ishigh. To reduce costs, while meeting their own needs, most companies choose tocustomize the company’s management software, rather than direct purchase of the ERPsystem.Due to many jobs and positions in company and many different betweenemployees and between positions, the enterprise must be implemented salary andperformance management system to manage the business in salary and performance.Using Salary management system can easily manage the information of employees,such as query, add, modify, delete, and storage, etc., to achieve standardization andautomation of salary management. The use of performance management system is tocomplete the performance planning, setting performance appraisal objects, andcompleted within the stipulated time assessment of people’s self-assessment andmonitoring of people’s evaluation. This issue is to develop a corporate salary andperformance management system,which has the following features: set up andmaintain the wages of the project; edit the salary information for single or batchemployees; batch settlement on wages and salaries, including attendance and wages,five insurance payments, calculate the amount that should be withheld and paid;employees payroll data query; right company or sector payroll summary statistics;different positions of the enterprise has developed dynamically add, delete optionperformance plan; different positions set different performance appraisal plan.Manager can set the evaluation time; require employees and departments within thespecified time for assessment evaluation. Through query and statistical logging,manager can view the user’s operating system registry records and set access authorityfor different people.Employee salary and performance management system uses B/S structure,developed based on JavaEE platform. In order to make the system has better scalability, maintainability and reusability, we using SSH (Struts2, Spring, Hibernate) lightweightframe in the system development process. The system not only to meet currentbusiness needs, but also to meet the company’s future salary adjustment anddevelopment needs.
