With the rapid development of national economic construction,international talent and the trend of globalization,Companies is developing to be large-scale.With the increasing in number of employees,the information of employee,salary and the performance of the staff will be more and more important to a company now.The design and implementation of Lanzhou Grain Bureau employee salary and performance management system was designed to improve the efficiency of daily employee management.It is much easier to manage employee and employee performance appraisal is an effective way to promote the competitiveness of Lanzhou Grain Bureau.Take the shared data,public resources and the demanded side global administration as the guiding principle.Take employee salary and performance management as the center,to realize resources sharing and improve the management of Lanzhou Grain Bureau.Salary management is related to personnel management.Each employee's salary includes basic salary,allowances,performance and so on.Performance management can improve the efficiency of performance appraisal,ensure the fairness,impartiality and inspire staff enthusiasm.By conducting research and analysis on Lanzhou Grain Bureau,it determines the overall needs of the system.Then,use E-R pictures to analyze and model the data,use data flow diagram to analyze and summarize the function process of the system.Later,functional architecture and database model are designed for the system.Last,ASP.NET is used to visual programming and SQL Server is used for relational database design.The system developed is mainly to realize the management of salary and performance.Salary management should include accounting and payment of staff salaries.Performance management should include performance of the formulation,implementation and feedback.The performance results will be reflected in staff salary.The system establishes the basic employee information database and repository performance pay,offers the inquiry function,and records the whole history records of the employees from the entry to leave including salary change,position change,rewards and punishments.Design the assessment plan,assess the staff regularly,and make detail attendance records.The system has detail salary records and complete wage.In the principles of standardized development,construct a high reliability network application platform through a computer network.The running result shows that the system greatly improved work efficiency and save manpower and material resources.It ultimately meets the needs of Lanzhou Grain Bureau and new adjustment,development of future.
