Since 21 century,human society has developing very fast,our daily life has been great changed.The application of internet technique based on computer technique has been popularized in each field of social life,which means the age of digital and informational comes.Market economy has developing very fast.The rapid development of Gansu mobile communication with the advantage of the industry is still continuing.It has become an important task to develop an online employee salary management system with expanding business and staff of Gansu mobile enterprises.This thesis designs system outline from the actual demand of Gansu mobile salary management work and then uses the modular programming method and database access technology which realizes the employee information management,employee performance appraisal management,post management,salary information management and system management and so on.This thesis describes the technical framework and implementation of Gansu mobile salary management system.The main work of this thesis is the following aspects:The data structure of the system,system framework and programming,the system's functional requirements,business needs and performance requirements are analyzed.The system data structure,data dictionary and business logic are studied.According to the goal of system design,the requirement description of each function module is completed by using the block diagram and the use case diagram.The non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.After a detailed analysis of the system requirements,the overall design of the system is carried out including system architecture design,system function module design,system database design and system security design.At the same time the E-R diagram is used to describe the system of conceptual model.This thesis establishs a database table,the role and function of the user for the design of system security including security design and user behavior data security design.JSP and My SQL programming technology and Tomcat server technology are used to achieve the realization of the detailed design and encoding of Gansu Mobile Corporation salary management system which includes the design and implementation of user friendly interface design.It realizes the system management and maintenance module.The system is tested based on the detailed design.The Gansu mobile salary management system based on SSH framework has solved Gansu Mobile Corporation management needs and realizes the online payment management.It also solves the automation problem of enterprise employee appraisal,employee information management,staff management and salary management.The design and implementation of Gansu mobile salary management system has provided technical reference for similar enterprises.
