| The development of Internet technology has changed the way of dissemination and communication of academic information resources.As an important institution for disseminating academic information resources,the service model of university libraries has also undergone tremendous changes.Open Access(OA)is a new type of academic communication mechanism that has been developed based on Internet technology.With the vigorous development of the open access movement,more and more researchers and research institutions are concerned about open access,and the model of open access is affecting the development of university library services.In order to better meet the needs of researchers for academic information resources,various university libraries are also actively carrying out open access services.The open access service of university libraries includes two aspects: one is to reveal and organize open access resources,and the other is to build a university institutional repository.This paper takes the open access service of university libraries in Henan Province as the main research object,and uses the method of webpage survey to investigate the revealing and organization status of open access resources of college libraries in Henan Province,the quantity and type of open access resources,and the institutional knowledge base of universities.Construction and publicity of open access services.From the user's point of view,investigate the knowledge of the open access of university libraries in Henan Province,the use of open access resources and the influencing factors of using open access resources.By summarizing these findings,we found that the problems of open access services for researchers in Henan Provincial University Libraries,and corresponding countermeasures for the open access services of researchers in Henan Provincial University Libraries,thus promoting the orientation of Henan University Libraries The development of researchers open access services. |
