With the rapid development of the Internet,the dissemination of information resources is undergoing great changes.Especially for the dissemination of academic information resources far-reaching impact,university libraries as an important organization to disseminate information resources.The storage,development and utilization of its academic resources have also been developed.Open access to the 17 th century was born.It was first found in the Royal Society of Philosophy in London and is the embryonic form of open access.Open access is a new academic exchange mechanism,the dissemination and utilization of this exchange mechanism can not be separated from the Internet.With the emergence and development of open access abroad.Domestic attention has also begun to open access.It is found that the open access mode is developing in the university library.This paper studies the university library and investigates the utilization and development of open access resources.Focusing on the following aspects: the number and type of open access resources,the construction of the knowledge base of university institutions,and the publicity of open access resources.From the perspective of users,the utilization of open access resources and the use of open access resources.By summarizing the survey results,we have found that there are problems in the development and utilization of open access resources,and propose corresponding countermeasures for the development and utilization of university libraries,thus promoting the development and utilization of university libraries.
