Study On The Situation And Development Of Information Service With Open Access In Domestic University's Libraries

Open access (Open Access) developed as a free-concept of academic information-sharing and publication mechanism in the network environment. Academic Library is an indispensable link in traditional system of academic exchange. The emergence and development of Open Access for libraries is both opportunities and challenges in terms. Open access by meeting the features of information exchange in network age, which is to provide teachers and students a free, open research environment, has gradually become popular in the information services in universities. The study analyzes the development of library information services in the open access mode from five parts.First, it outlines the concept and the development process of open access, and describes the characteristics of open access and the development of information service of open access in domestic and aboard.Secondly, to study the current situation and problems of China's building up of open ing access to resources and the statistical analysis of Open Access situation on the domestic "211" University Libraries web site, this paper will be a combination of literature analysis, network survey, comparison and so on. With literature analysis, it will extensively collect the research literature about the construction of open access resources at home and abroad, and to track the latest developments; with network survey and comparison, it will get a better understanding of the situation of Open Access in "211" universities.Third, it presents the influence to universities by Open Access: includes influence on the university library information services and the library literature building.Then, it will analyze the utilization of Open Access resources with survey on graduate students and teachers, thus it analyzes the construction of Open Access, and sum up the problems in the building up of Open Access in colleges and universities libraries. At the same time, by analyzing the universities postgraduate and teachers on the use of Open Access resources, it presents proposals that how to use open access to develop the University Library Information Service better. Finally, it corresponding some countermeasures in the university's library information service on open access, such as share the information resource by open access; making extensive publicity activities to enhance people's awareness of Open Access and strengthening the technology research of Open Access, in order to integrate the resources of Open Access and the library, and strengthen the collecting and revealing of Open Access resources and so on.
