Research On The Open Access Model Of Academic Books

The open-access movement continues to flourish,and this academic information model has been increasingly recognized by people.It has been successfully extended to the field of open access academic books.This article summarizes the conceptual connotation,necessity and feasibility of open access academic books,analyzes the key factors that affect the open access academic books,and analyzes the open access academic books of foreign examples.And from three perspectives,Libraries,professional open access publishing organizations and commercial publishing organizations,I try to explore their goals,advantages and shortcomings in their open access academic books,and then make the recommendations on open access academic books to China.It is hoped that this study will provide a reference for the open access academic books in China.
