Design And Implementation Of Personnel Information Management System Of A Rural Commercial Bank Based On Web

With the deepening of China's financial market reform and the increasingly fierce market competition,if financial institutions want to remain invincible in the market,they must change their thinking and construct an effective and perfect market incentive and restraint mechanism,so as to ensure that enterprises can take the lead in the fierce market competition and have core market competitiveness.For banking industry,talent competition is the key to enterprise competition.Especially in the Internet era,how to recruit and make good use of talent has become a key issue for enterprise leaders.It is difficult to meet the current talent management mode by adopting the traditional human resource management method in the past.Only by applying modern information technology to personnel management,can we move towards informatization.The direction of continuous development is the current A Agricultural and Commercial Bank in promoting the construction of information technology needs to focus on issues.This dissertation is based on the field investigation of the personnel management of A Agricultural and Commercial Bank,and on the actual needs of the personnel management of A Agricultural and Commercial Bank,using the current popular B/S architecture and dynamic web page refresh technology,to develop and implement the personnel information management system to meet the actual needs of A Agricultural and Commercial Bank.Firstly,this paper investigates user needs on the spot,compiles requirement analysis documents,and then designs the system architecture based on requirement analysis,with emphasis on the detailed design of the core functional modules of the system.Finally,it introduces the specific implementation of the system,and shows the implementation effect in the form of interface screenshots.At present,the system has completed the preliminary development.Before the formal deployment and implementation,the function and performance of the system have been tested.The test results show that the system runs reliably and stably,meets the needs of users to carry out business,brings about the improvement of work efficiency and reduces the investment of bank human capital.
