Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Customer Information Management System Based On B/S Architecture

At present,many companies have their own customer information management system,but more for the general-purpose system,and the lack of specific functional complexity,many companies related personnel at the time of application did not feel significantly improve work efficiency,but increased the daily work content.To solve this problem,combined with my experience in business administration for many years,launched a study of customer information management system for the current business needs,the development of the system to improve efficiency,promote enterprise information management an important customer information significance.Enterprise customer information management system is developed using B/S architecture,UML modeling technology in technology,using Oracle 10I database storage management data,using these mainstream mature technologies,effective protection of the operating system has good performance and security in the later application.In the functional design of the system,from the actual needs of the enterprise customer information management point of view,improving efficiency and strengthening of multisectoral collaboration and multi-service integration and other aspects of in-depth needs analysis,category management for customer management,customer information management,customer order management,customer satisfaction management and management systems set up five major functional depth needs analysis,functional design,and realize the function of the system.In testing the system,the system functionality and performance testing,test results show that the system can well meet the needs of enterprise applications.This paper develops the design of enterprise customer information management system more simple in function,in practical application more in line with corporate office in the background,for the enterprise,has great significance.In the design and implementation of enterprise customer data management process,using the current mainstream design ideas and principles,we hope that the follow-up design allows developers and users enterprise customer information management system benefit.
