Customer information management system which is used to manage the enterprisecustomers’ information in the operating environment is a computer application system.Its basic function is: one is to construct a unified view of all customers’ information;the other is to provide real-time, consistent customer access to information services notonly for the enterprise but also operating system of different levels. Customerinformation management system is increasingly becoming an indispensable part ofenterprise information management.This thesis describes the enterprise customer information management systembased on B/S structure by the development of ASP.NET. This paper firstly introducesthe concept and relevant theory between customer information management system andcustomer relationship. Then, the thesis gives a comprehensive analysis of the system infunction aspect. According to the requirements of standard customer informationmanagement system, this paper gives the entire design of the system. This part gives adetailed analysis from the design of the database to that of the function and it alsodemonstrates the entire system by showing the sample diagrams and activity diagrams.To achieve the goal, the system uses standard three-tier architecture. All the businesslogic is implemented in the business logic layer, all data operations in the data accesslayer and uses all of the data table operation of the database to realize the operation ofthe data sheets on database through the common access code. All the code is inaccordance with the coding rules, following the principle of the separation of code,which makes it simple and easy to maintain the system in the future.Many testing cases are given in the last part of this paper, which are used to test thesystem. The testing of the system and the initial trial operation showed that the systemmet the design requirements, and that it can meet the daily needs of thebusiness-to-customer information management. The operation of the system and therelevant one will greatly improve the level of information management and improve thequality of service.
