With the rapid development of Internet finance and the entry of foreign banks,domestic banks face enormous challenges.Domestic banks need to develop a sound customer management strategy,the establishment of stable quality customer relations,enhance their market competitiveness and operational efficiency.Through the modern information technology,the design of bank customer marketing management system,collect a large number of customer data,and information on the law of research and analysis,help to meet the actual management needs of the bank.This paper analyzes the specific customer marketing management of a certain bank in China,and studies the development of the system on the basis of understanding its business process and demand.Using the combination of MVC SQL and Server J2 EE database,a B/S model is developed on the Windows system.This paper clears the system requirements,designs the overall functionality of the system framework,sets up 8 modules: management,event reminder,customer behavior analysis,basic information management,customer classification marketing,contribution analysis,etc..In view of system management,bank customers and internal staff to develop different business interface,the user password encryption,login,limit the number of login authentication code verification and other mechanisms to ensure the security of user login.And the specific design process and implementation of the system are described and the analysis,including system design and implementation,the specific needs of coding,database design.Finally,the system is tested on the basis of the design.Design of bank marketing management system proposed in this study is simple and easy to realize development environment,but also has good scalability and strong coupling,can be promoted in bank marketing management process.
