With the development of IT technology, CRM has played an important role in the construction of enterprise informatization, People's Posts and Telecommunications Press has began to carry out customer information management system to further integrate customer information, maintain and enhance interaction between Customer. The big customer information management system is a part of CRM of People's Posts and Telecommunications Press, aims to realize customer information collection and sharing, promote on basis of the Customer information.Firstly, the thesis describes the background of the research and current situation, to understand the background of customer information management and the status of development research. These studies will lay the foundation for the system analysis, design and implementation.In order to provide technical support, this thesis studies related theory and technology, including UML, three tiers B/S architecture and ASP.NET. In the UML study, it describes the structure, standardization and advanced applications of UML. In the study of the three tiers B/S architecture, the definition of B/S architecture is described and the extension process from the two tiers to the three tiers is described. In the ASP.NET study, the relationship between ASP.NET and.NET platform is described, and the development framework of ASP.NET is described.In view of the different role requirements for the system, the demand analysis of the system is carried out. First describes the system requirements analysis work needs. Secondly, describes the analysis of the functional requirements of the system. The first part of the work was divided into user roles, then according to different roles, set its function. Finally, it describes the non functional requirements of the system, including ease of use, fault tolerance, efficiency and maintenance requirements.Based on the requirement analysis, the design of the system is carried out. System design includes software architecture design, function module division, class diagram design, sequence diagram design and database design. The system uses the B/S architecture, logically using the hierarchical structure, the program is divided into three levels: persistence layer, business layer and interface layer. The whole system is divided into two subsystems and 14 modules. The aim of modules of the system is to block the logical, to design and develop the system. The class design describes the entity class design, data access class design and business class design. The sequence diagram is designed for interaction between each object description of a function in the. In this paper, several typical functions as an example, describes its function sequence diagram, showing the use of sequence diagrams.Finally, the realization of the system is described. System implementation includes the system development environment, the organization and function of the code. Describe the network environment and software environment of the system development in the system development environment. In the organization of the code, the organization structure of the whole system code is described. In the realization of the function, it describes the steps of the function realization and the display of the function interface.
