Design And Implementation Of Liaohe Oilfield Information System Based On Customer Relationship Management

In recent years, customer relationship management has become an important aspectof the enterprise information management, customer relationship related to the projectand contract management, maintenance and management needs of the links that existbetween the project contract as well as their relationship with customers. The traditionalcustomer relationship management system can not be fully linked to the project andcontract, simple to manage customer information; can not meet the requirements oftoday’s enterprise Internet system.In this thesis, the defects of the current customer management, according to the theLiaohe Oilfield CEC specific business needs, design and practice-based customerrelationship management Liaohe Oilfield CEC network system. First, learning andsynthesis of research at home and abroad, the related theories and key technologies ofthe system analysis and research, including customer relationship management theoryASP technology, development tools, Borland JBuilder2006and the databasemanagement system SQL SERVER2005, and then for specific analysis of thefunctional and performance requirements of the system. Secondly, the overall design ofthe system, including system architecture design, systems functional design anddatabase design. Then the detailed design and implementation of the system are given, adetailed description of the function of each module, given the flow chart as well as partof the code. Finally, the system is tested, the test results show that the system meets theneeds of enterprises, has certain advantages in reliability, practicality, stability, speedand security.
