Due to the gradual integration of the world economy,the competition among enterprises in the financial field is no longer just a single sales performance and product innovation.In order to survive in the fierce competition,major companies gradually begin to pay attention to human resources issues,hoping to gain a stronger competitive advantage from this aspect.The enterprise combines the latest human resources management thinking concept to rectify its existing talents,and uses advanced computer technology to improve the enterprise human resources management system,so as to improve work efficiency.Through the platform,the information management of staff files,personnel allocation,personnel allocation and report forms of the whole group has been realized,and the fine management ability of human resources practitioners in the group and grass-roots units has been improved in depth and breadth.Through the information management of wages,the automatic calculation of wages is realized,and the error rate is reduced.Through the automatic statistical analysis function of various wage statements,the response speed of relevant decision-making is improved,and the human resources management ability is greatly enhanced.Reduce the working time of human resources transactional work through information platform.Improve the efficiency of human resources practitioners,so that human resources practitioners have more time to engage in coordination and communication with employees,so that the group's human resources sharing center more play a role.In this paper,according to the group demand for human resources,the human resources management system has been deeply analyzed and studied.The main objective of this research was to develop the human resources management system of the enterprise.This paper analyzed the specific situation of the company's current human resources management,and in view of the human resources management system,this paper mainly carries out specific work in the following aspects.First,the system choosed a top-down approach in the development,which has a comprehensive understanding of the company's human resource needs.Then it defined the functional modules of the system according to the specific needs of the enterprise,and finally determined the recruitment management and training management and other major modules.Secondly,SSH framework and JSP technology were used to develop the system,and MVC framework was also included in the design.The purpose was to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the human resource management system,and at the same time,to some extent,enhance the usability of the system.Thirdly,after completing the task of system design,functional and performance tests were carried out to ensure that the system can run stably and safely in practical application.The design of the system in this article was based on the specific development of the company,according to the demand survey summary of each branch of the group company,and the research materials of each business department of the group company's human resources management center.
