Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the poverty alleviation and development work has entered a crucial stage.How to solve the poverty problem fundamentally,how to prevent the return of poverty has become a key task of poverty alleviation work at this stage.As an important part of poverty alleviation work,the high Quality education and poverty alleviation have been recognized as an important means of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty and an important means of improving the ability of the poor to rebuild itself.Therefore,education poverty alleviation has gradually become an important report of the media.The news media also provided us with an important window to understand and study the development of education and poverty alleviation.What are the characteristics of the education and poverty alleviation report of the news media,and what kind of evolutionary process,whether these reports truly reflect the real development of education and poverty alleviation are worthy of further exploration.This article selects Education Poverty Alleviation Report of the People's Daily as a research sample.The reason why People's Daily is selected as the research subject is that the newspaper belongs to the mainstream media and is the most authoritative party newspaper in China,the People's Daily Actively publicizing the party's theory,line,principles and policies,and the central government's major decision-making arrangements,timely dissemination of information in various fields at home and abroad.lt is also one of the earliest media concerned about education and poverty alleviation.The People's Daily has a high degree of attention to the subject of education and poverty alleviation,and the number of reports is relatively large.The duration of newspapers has been from 1949 to the present.A good sample of research is provided for this article.The first part of this paper sorts out the development history of rural education and education poverty alleviation,and divides the People's Daily education poverty alleviation report into five stages,which are the preliminary exploration stage from 1949 to 1966,The year was hit hard from 1967 to 1976,the recovery and reform phase from 1977 to 1993,the deepening reform phase from 1994 to 2012,and the difficult stage of hard work from 2013 to the present.The second part is about the quantitative analysis of the education poverty alleviation report.Through the content analysis method,the report topic,the main body of the report,the source of the report,the layout of the report,the report genre and other information of the education poverty alleviation report at different stages are analyzed.The education poverty alleviation report has carried out preliminary combing and research to draw certain reporting characteristics and differences.In the third part,the author uses the Van Dijk's News discourse analysis theory to conduct a discourse analysis on the selected educational poverty alleviation report samples,and analyzes the source balance,macro theme structure and microstructure of the report to explain the education at different stages.The poverty alleviation report carried out a deeper and more specific analysis,and studied the changes and evolution of the People's Daily on education poverty alleviation reports.In general,the People's Daily's report on education and poverty alleviation reflects its true development and evolution to a certain extent,and has played a significant role in the promotion and interpretation of education poverty alleviation policies,but due to the different stages.The historical situation and the factors of the People's Daily's own party newspapers have not led to a comprehensive and comprehensive interpretation of education and poverty alleviation.Finally,based on the above quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the author draws the evolutionary characteristics of the People's Daily Education Poverty Alleviation Report and the reflection on the process of education poverty alleviation construction.It reveals the problems and deficiencies in the People's Daily report on education poverty alleviation.
