| Poverty alleviation is an important issue in the current society,the audience understand the progress of the current poverty alleviation work through the mass media,and the mass media in the dissemination of information at the same time in accordance with their own positions,editorial guidelines,the selection of news materials,processing,text meaning construction,so as to form their own news framework.This study takes the accurate poverty alleviation report of the People's Daily as the research object,selects the report of the November 2013-December 2018 nearly five years as a sample,uses the content analysis method and the Discourse analysis method,from the point of view of the news framework theory,according to the macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic three levels,analyzes the people's Daily The construction and tendency of the news framework of precision poverty Alleviation report is intended to sort out the news framework used by the people's daily to construct the media reality,to reveal how the media can complete the construction of the news framework through the reorganization of the news material,and to summarize the framework,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and then put forward perfect suggestions.In the analysis of the sample,this paper constructs the number of reports,the subject of the report,the genre of coverage,the coverage area,the coverage layout,the reporting tendency of 6 categories to complete the identification of the framework from the form,and then from the macroscopic point of view of the "People's Daily" precision poverty alleviation report from the effective and accurate identification,reporting Demonstrate a framework for achieving poverty eradication achievements,implementing pro-poor measures,and working on several aspects of international poverty reduction.From the distribution of content to the implementation of poverty alleviation measures reported the most,it can be seen that this area is the focus of poverty alleviation reports.The mesoscopic level uses the news schema theory to study the process of media reorganization of material,and reveals how the media constructs the media reality through the arrangement and combination of material.Through the research,it is found that the "main Event" schema scene accounts for the highest proportion,the "consequence","oral response" of the two news schemas are relatively balanced,"background" and "evaluation" schema scene construction is less.It can be seen that in the process of reorganizing the news material,the media is intended to highlight the implementation process of poverty alleviation measures and the display of the results of poverty eradication.The microscopic level from the use of words and rhetoric quoted in the analysis,found that in the use of words,with positive positive vocabulary use more,laid a positive tone of coverage,in the citation,from the local government departments of poverty alleviation staff more quotes,poor people have less words to quote,highlighting the official discourse framework system.Through the research,it is found that the news framework of the "People's Daily" Precision poverty alleviation report shows a strong policy orientation,shows the value of the party newspaper,insists on positive publicity,actively guides public opinion,constructs various kinds of framework,and provides multiple angles for the audience to understand the topic.At the same time,there are some shortcomings,reporting the article frame mode curing;The main image of the poor people spontaneously lifting out of poverty is not prominent;Comments account for a small proportion of the reporting genre.On this basis,the author suggests that the report of the People's Daily on precision poverty alleviation in the organizational construction of the news framework,break the construction of the solidified writing framework,enhance the innovation of the article,broaden the theme setting,balance the right to speak,pay attention to the planning of the report,and realize the diversification of the mode of communication. |
