The Framework And Discourse Study Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation Report

In the poverty alleviation work in the new era,the government proposed that industrial poverty alleviation is the key to accurate poverty alleviation.Shaanxi Province has successively issued policies and opinions on industrial precision poverty alleviation,and cultivated an industrial poverty alleviation model with Shaanxi characteristics.The mainstream media has continuously focused on industrial poverty alleviation,interpreting relevant policies,publicizing typical cases,and supervising poverty alleviation work in an orderly manner.It studies the role and role of the mainstream media in poverty alleviation work,the construction mode and discourse characteristics of media reports,and how the media role has changed during the continuous evolution of the national poverty alleviation policy.This paper selects "Industrial Poverty Alleviation Report" from "Shaanxi Daily" and "Farmer Daily" from 2012 to 2018 as the research object,and conducts quantitative research and qualitative research respectively.In the quantitative research,the framework theory is selected,the sample is summarized and quantified,and the categories such as the report volume,the report genre,and the layout are set up to explore the differences between the editorial guidelines,news positions and value judgments of different industries on industrial poverty alleviation reports.Differences in the organizational framework embodied.In qualitative analysis,the author uses Van Dick's discourse analysis,sets a low-level category,and extracts two reports on the “Shaanxi Apple Industry” as a research sample,which analyzes the macro-structure,microstructure,and rhetorical features to explain the differences.In the context of the two newspapers,the media discourse shows the similarities and differences,explores the role of the media under the guidance of the national poverty alleviation policy,and then explores how the provincial media can better express their discourse in the report.The mass media is not only the propagandist and supervisor of the national poverty alleviation policy.The timely follow-up and accuracy of the national policy,the innovative discourse model to meet the reporting theme and receive a good audience effect,these will have far-reaching significance for the future "Shaanxi Daily" industry poverty alleviation report.
