Discourse Research On The Special Topic Of "Poverty Alleviation"(2013-2020) In The Review Edition Of People's Daily

"Poverty eradication" is an important work to safeguard and improve people's livelihood,conducive to the completion of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The People's Daily,as the organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,paid high attention to the topic of "fighting poverty against poverty".In the key period of acceptance of the work of poverty alleviation,the study of the discourse expression of news commentary can make the People's Daily better guide public opinion,unite the social centripetal force,and contribute to the smooth acceptance of the work of poverty alleviation.Critical discourse analysis emphasizes the combination of discourse analysis and social reality,and the use of critical discourse analysis method is precisely in line with the idea of how to guide the thinking of news commentary from discourse analysis,and then assist in solving the practical problems of society.This paper takes the "anti-poverty fight" topic in the commentary edition of people's daily as the research object,uses the method of literature analysis,combs the main concepts,and provides the theoretical basis for the thesis.Using the case study method,we selected 73 comment articles from 7 years from January.4,2013 to March 1,2020,and analyzed their texts.This paper draws on Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method and takes the three degrees of discourse analysis as the analysis framework,and studies the discourse on the topic of "fighting poverty out of poverty" in the commentary edition of the People's Daily,from the text,discourse practice and social practice.First,the use of word frequency analysis software for the sample of word frequency statistics,the research object for basic analysis,for the later more in-depth analysis to pave the way.Second,combine simple text analysis with discourse expression and discourse construction,and explore how to construct discourse on the theme of "fighting poverty out of poverty" in the People's Daily,and thirdly,explore the trend and causes of discourse change in the context of social background.The study found that the people's daily commentary edition of the "anti-poverty" special news commentary in the text,more use of nouns and verbs,the use of active language and less subjective words to express a kind of advice and desire,with the characteristics of objectivity and closeness;More use of direct quotations and intertextual forms to enhance the dissemination of views,and intertextuality has a great role in text construction,which is reflected in the construction of identity,relationship,concept;And there is a mutually constructed relationship between social reality and discourse.This paper puts forward the relevant optimization measures in combination with the above conclusions: we need to grasp the language style in text,open the channels of discourse production,realize optimization by enriching the type of mutual text and constructing the multi-discourse expression system,and the social practice needs to give full play to the advantages of its interpretation policy and dominate the discourse trend.
