Study On Precision Poverty Alleviation Report In People's Daily(2013-2018)

Under the overall goal of “No Poverty in 2020”,“Precision Poverty Alleviation” was implemented as a poverty alleviation policy in 2014.This study focuses on how the national party media "People's Daily" reports on the content of accurate poverty alleviation,what is the relationship between media reports and policy releases,and what factors affect the determination of the form and content of accurate poverty alleviation reports.This paper uses the content analysis method for the People's Daily on November 1,2013(the concept of precision poverty alleviation was first proposed on November 3).All the words "precise poverty alleviation" or "precision poverty alleviation" appeared on December31,2018.The total number of reports(998 articles)was counted,and the date in the time period was sampled by the construction week sampling method(a total of 172 samples were obtained).After reviewing all the sample samples,the author used the “report form”(reporting space,report source)and the “reporting content”(reporting content,reporting attitude,reporting theme)to count the samples to answer “How People's Daily reported on accurate poverty alleviation news”.The second step is to increase the word frequency analysis method to find out the annual report theme and its changes,and compare the statistical results with the refined poverty alleviation policy,Then we draw the corresponding research conclusions of the second relationship problem.Finally,we think about and discuss the influencing factors of accurate poverty alleviation reports.The article consists of four major blocks: introduction,research design,text and conclusion and reflection.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance,sorts out and summarizes the related theories,research and concepts,and summarizes the research ideas and methods.The second chapter specifically explains the research problems,research methods and category construction in the research design.The body part includes the third and fourth chapters.The third chapter collects the sample of the report from the horizontal and vertical dimensions.The horizontal part counts the sample data from the six categories of the report form and the report content and analyzes the sample briefly.The vertical part increases the year variable.The fourth chapter uses the word frequency analysis method to observe the changes of the theme between the years from the content perspective,and cross-contrast with the policy changes to draw the research findings.The fifth chapter studies the conclusions and reflections,and proposes the exploratory conclusions of economic factors,political factors and the influence of news organizations on the media agenda.
