As the global economy develops and the competition of market environment becomes fierce, enterprises begin to take IT technology as an important resource to improve its core competence for a higher market share. As IT continuously penetrates into the project management of enterprises, some IT projects with complicated structures and various functions are constantly emerging. Not only the projects are complicated, difficult and have a long cycle of research and development, but the risk identification, assessment and analysis are hard to carry out.With regard to the analysis above, this study will focus on the risk identification, assessment and analysis of the information sharing system in information sharing sysytem of railway and enterprises. This thesis, firstly, states the research background and significance, then reviews the research at home and abroad; secondly, elaborates the theories concerning in this study. Then introduces the transport information sharing system of railway and enterprises, analyzes its design principles, targets and processes, its key technologies and research methods, and presents the functions and results of the system; then introduces the general methods and processes of the risk identification of information system, outlines Delphi method, and establishes the risk factor table for the implementation of IT system based on the risk factors that may emerge during the implementation in the project according to the forecast of Delphi method. At last, methods like AHP (The Analytical Hierarchy Process), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and expert judgment are employed to establish the overall hierarchy assessment model for the synthetic evaluation of the project, build the hierarchical structure and construct the risk assessment matrix, thus the relative weights of every risk assessment index are obtained. Subsequently, this project’s risk factors are examined through the qualitative and quantitative analysis and the overall risk index assessment is obtained, which will provide a decision-making foundation for the administrators, and will offer a scientific and practical reference for the risk identification, assessment and analysis of the IT project in near future.
