Dust explosion has always been a primary safety problem to be solved.No doubt,the explosion may cause personal safety problems more than economic problems.The existing dust preventing measures has its limitations.With the improvement of social productivity,it also puts forward new requirements for dust management.This paper designed and implemented a dust environment safety monitoring system.The system uses existing sensors that can be deployed in large quantities to collect current environment data.Besides,it uses the characteristics of the monitoring data to evaluate the current environment and the running status of the dust removal equipment.In addition,it gives early warning of dangerous conditions.The early warning strategy uses a combination of traditional threshold alarm and artificial neural network to improve the accuracy of predictions.In addition,the results of the statistical analysis are also used to manage dust.The system is divided into three parts,the first part refers to wet dust removal equipment which mean using a liquid that does not react with the exhaust gas to separate dust.The second part is data acquisition equipment which is the data sources of this system.Using data collected to measure the safety status of current production enterprises.The most important part is the software platform of this monitoring system.It is to integrate the above mentioned aspects with software platform.According to related functions,there are several key modules belong to this system:the role management module and the account management module provides the authority operation and account management function for the user;the organization relationship management module and the project management module work together to divide the actual project management structure and scope;the device management module is designed to configure data acquisition devices for initialization and localization;the alarm task management module is further divided into an alarm task generation module(monitoring module)and an alarm task processing module(processing module),the monitoring module uses threshold and neural network mixed judgment to improve the monitoring ability of the system monitoring module,after the task is generated,the processing module guides the operator to handle the current dangerous situation according to a preset flow;the data statistics and visualization module is to compare various dimensions of the collected data in the system,so as to improve the user experience of the system;the geographic information module combines the system with the geographic information system,showing the overall and intuitive features of the system.The application of this system can solve the problems of inefficiency,locality and inaccuracy in dust treatment,thus making it possible to solve the problem of dust management in a comprehensive manner.The system has been deployed in some factories in Suzhou,Taizhou,Changzhou,Wuxi and Chongqing.The result shows that the system is currently running well.
