As an efficient dust-cleaning apparatus, the collection efficiency of pulse-jet bag filter can reach more than 99.9%, at present, it has been widely used in industry dust removal. Thus, it has great real value and economic value to develop a kind of intelligent pulse-jet bag filter control system which is advanced technology, reliable operation and market competitiveness, the intelligent controller for pulse-jet bag filter developed by this topic whose running target is intelligent and reliable is one of the representative, following work have been done in the design of this control system:(1) We have completed the hardware design in the design of intelligent control system for pulse-jet bag filter whose core control chip is STM32 series high-speed processing chip. There are 2 binary input and 1 binary output, 3 relay output and 32 solenoid valve output, 6 analog input and 1 4-20 ma analog output in this hardware design, and it communicates with display screen and the upper machine respectively using RS- 232 and RS- 485 communication interface. Adopting modular thinking, this paper expounds the design method of the hardware modules in detail, meanwhile, we have completed specific circuit design for the power supply module, data acquisition module, communication interface module.(2) Based on MDK development platform, the software design for the control system mainly includes the main program and subroutine programming. The main program controls the timing system, and we have completed the interface displaying program by calling the operating interface coordinates which is generated by related software development tools; By writing the keyboard scanning procedure, we could switch operation interface of the system and we also could set and modify the parameter on the interface. Similarly, we have completed the subroutine programming using modular thinking, such as, data access programming, modulus conversion programming and displaying programming and so on.(3) Ordinary time and pressure difference control of pulse-jet bag filter is relatively simple that it only can jet gas with a fixed frequency, to solve this problem, we introduce the theory and method of the fuzzy control in the control of pulse-jet bag filter. Using knowledge and experience of dust removal experts along with the theory and methods of control experts, we have established fuzzy control rules table of pulse-jet bag filter control system, and we also have calculated this rules table with the MATLAB, the fuzzy control rules are simulated by Simulink simulation software, whose result shows that the fuzzy control algorithm is correct and reliable.The control system has initially had the intelligent dust removal control function through the design of the software and hardware and the fuzzy controller for this control system, respectively, we can set up and modify the parameters on the control interface under the intelligent and manual operation mode of this control system; we also can real-time monitor the operating condition of the parameters on the display interface; at the same time, we have established alarm system of fault diagnosis so that we can ensure the safe operation of the control system by timely showing alarm information.
