Research And Development Of Condition Monitoring System Based On Intelligent Early Warning Management Technology And Its Application

In corporations such as petrochemical industry and wind power industry, secure production is guaranteed by machinery condition monitoring. However, since current condition monitoring systems are based on analysis after event, they are not able to predict some emergent incidents or slow-changing breakdowns, or targeted predict equipments faults. Targeted on the issues of instruments'early detection is hard, this paper incorporates intelligent early warning technology into machinery condition monitoring and proposes condition monitoring based on early warning technology. It also design and develops the early warning management system based on the early warning technology. This paper focuses on the follow aspects:Early warning technology is the foundation of malfunction analysis and detection. The paper first conducts in-depth analysis on supervised learning-based early warning technology, mainly focuses on fast changing alarm, slow changing alarm, axis track alarm, axis position alarm, and trend alarm. It solves the early emergent and slow changing malfunctions of instruments, as well as the failure of machine rotor running. This paper studies the custom parameter early warning technology, mainly including time domain and frequency domain, which also solves the problems that traditional early warning is not flexible enough and not well-targeted to failures. Last, the paper studies rule-based early warning technology, which is aimed at predicting certain instruments and certain kinds of faults, and has remarkable meanings to some early faults.The combination between early warning technology and expert system makes reached another high level for predicting machine equipment warning. Firstly, the paper introduces and analysis the theory of fault diagnosis expert system, Secondly, the paper analysis expert system based on rules, which is an import module of early warning system. Lastly, the paper meticulous analysis the combination of early warning technology and expert system, and solves the problem which is effectively fault analysis after correctly predicting alarm.The early warning management system is developed after in-depth researching early warning technology and expert system, which not only can predict equipments'early faults promptly, but also can save alarm data and analysis the alarm data effectively. Through integrating expert system, the early warning system can fix on reason and location of early fault.
