Although China's ongoing energy transition, the coal industry is still the mainstay of China's energy industry, coal still occupy China's total primary energy consumption of more than 2/3. Environment pollution in mine can't be ignored. Especially dust pollution, not only cause a great harm for the physical health of workers, but also is a serious threat to the safety of production environment in mine. Therefore, we must control dust in the production environment of mine effectively. At the same time, it should be a more intelligent, environmentally friendly, efficient and safe way to solve the problem of dust pollution, to prevent contamination and threaten to the safety of production in mine in the governance process.In this paper, with the reference to several domestic and foreign automation dust control technology in mine, and combining a variety of targeted using a single sensor dust control equipment advantages, we designed and implemented an automatic spraying dust control system. The system includes the main control box and dust sensors, smoke sensors, touch sensors, infrared sensors, temperature sensors, and infra; sound sensors six kinds of sensors.The sensors'interfaces are designed to follow unified interface design standards, which makes the main control box can be attached with one or more sensors for flexible combinations and configurations, to achieve a different need for the mine dust control, automation dust operation according to environmental needs.At the same time, the design of each module strict compliance with the design parameters of intrinsically safe circuits. All modules of the system have passed the safety tests in Fushun Branch of Coal Science Research Institute. It also conducted a rigorous technical parameters and functional testing. The results show that the system achieved the expected design. It can be run in the production environment of mine reliable and safety. The system provides a smart, efficient, multi-purpose, multi-functional automatic spraying device for dust control in mine.
