With the development of modern city, the number of vehicles is increasing year by year,and this makes traffic situation worse and worse. The emergence of vehicle’s intelligentmonitoring and processing system means that the intelligent traffic system canintelligently control and properly dispatch vehicles. In this way, road traffic would besafer and smooth. The vehicle’s intelligent monitoring and processing system can timelyand quickly analyze the collected traffic data, providing the cogent evidence for trafficdispatching and management and enhancing management level.This thesis analyzes and studies the relative technology involved in vehicles intelligentmonitoring and processing system, and building system model. On the base of MicrosoftVisual Studio2010, MapInfo and Microsoft SQL Server2005. This thesis presents theshortest path algorithm is adopted to complete vehicles’ replay of following track, torealize real-time display of vehicles’ location and to automatically record vehicles’running track, which can be quickly replayed on the map of GIS, It can provide cogentevidence for solving accidents and thieves. Applying case reasoning mechanism andbasing on warning data bank and meaning’s similarity algorithm of warning information,the function of automatic forming and real-time display can be achieved, which not onlyprovides reference for users’ going out but also decreases the frequency of accidents. Thus,people’s safety is guaranteed, referential accidents solving plan is provided to increase thesolving efficiency and decrease the loss.
